Poker player Ivey seeks to appeal court ruling that he owes Borgata $10M by John Brennan

The latest filing by all-time poker great Phil Ivey in his legal dispute with the Borgata casino in Atlantic City has Ivey's attorneys asking a federal judge for his summary judgment in favor of Borgata to be entered as a "Final Judgment."

Wait, is Ivey giving up and surrendering the $10 million he won at Borgata in four 2012 visits to play mini-baccarat with a playing partner - Cheng Yin Sun - who could detect minuscule imperfections in the geometric designs on the card backs, thereby giving Ivey an edge he exploited over and over?
