JERSEY CITY, NJ – (July 12, 2023) – BetMGM, a leading iGaming and sports betting operator, announced today that the company awarded nearly $75 million last year in progressive jackpots during the first half of 2023. In 2022, BetMGM awarded over $104 million in jackpots and is currently on pace to shatter that number this year.
Slot titles created by Entain and available exclusively on BetMGM’s Online Casino were the source of $30.4 million of the $74.7 million prize total. BetMGM distributed the highest total of jackpot prize money in Michigan ($27.4 million), followed by New Jersey ($23.2 million), and Pennsylvania ($18.8 million).
