It took all of a minute for Bob McDevitt, the Unite Here! Local 54 President, to tell reporters today that it is “likely” that there will be a strike in some Atlantic City casinos this weekend unless negotiations between now and Friday produce improved offers.
Then after a pair of longtime casino workers said their peace on the call, McDevitt really got rolling.
