The most amenable group to ending the Atlantic City monopoly is, not surprisingly, adults under age 35. Pollsters have been finding that millennials nationwide consistently respond positively to “should a state allow….” Question. In this case, they back the casino concept by a 56-41 margin.
Second place goes to Democrats (53-42 favor) by a nose over men (53-43). Next-most is North Jersey residents (52-43 favor) and those age 35 to 54 (51-46).
