Oops, New Jersey officials are late with copies of sports betting appeal to Third Circuit by John Brennan

Whoops Dept, as the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals wants its extra copies of New Jersey and other parties appealing the multi-year sports betting case that could eventually bring Las Vegas-style gambling to Atlantic City casinos and state racetracks:

“The Court has issued a letter on October 14, 2015, directing Appellants Governor of New Jersey, [state Racing Commission director] Frank Zanzuccki, [Division of Gaming Enforcement chief] David L. Rebuck to submit additional copies of documents filed in this appeal in light of the upcoming rehearing en banc at the Convenience of the Court.
