I wouldn’t believe that it’s possible except that I’ve done it. I created and delivered a training on casino mathematics to table games and surveillance staff and management. The amazing part of this is that it actually worked. They came, they learned, and they left feeling like they could immediately apply their knowledge in practical ways on the casino floor. Along the way, I discovered that there is an unfulfilled hunger in the industry to learn more about the mathematical principles underlying casino games.
