Borgata casino attorneys today responded to a counterclaim by Phil Ivey, the legendary poker player, in the long-running legal dispute over $10M won by Ivey in four mini-baccarat playing session at the Atlantic City site in 2010. Ivey and his partner knew the playing cards had a slightly asymmetrical backing, and used that to their betting advantage.
